Beyond its pristine waters, the city of Puerto Princesa will surprise you with the many unique sights it has to offer. Experience nature upclose at the Crocodile Farm and Nature Park, a quaint nature reserve and sanctuary for the endangered Philippine Crocodiles. Alternatively, you may visit the Butterfly Ecological Garden and Tribal Village for a glimpse of the diversity of both nature and culture in Palawan. A short drive will then take you to Mitra's Ranch, where you can experience a breathtaking view of the island from a vantage point with fresh air and green fields sprawling in every direction. Five minutes away is the famous Baker's Hill, which offers a wide selection of Palawan delicacies you can try yourself, or take home as souvenirs to friends and family. Puerto Princesa also boasts a rich weaving tradition you can observe and experience at Binuatan Creations. For the more historical part of the tour, you will get to visit the historical Immaculate Conception Cathedral and Plaza Cuartel.
